Post workout chocolate peppermint overnight oats topped with banana, chopped nuts (pecans, cashews, walnuts, almonds), Purely Elizabeth granola, and drizzled with melted dairy free chocolate!

RECIPE: In a jar combine 1/2 cup raw old fashioned oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 3 tbsp chocolate protein powder, 1/2 tbsp cacao powder, 1/4 or a 1/2 tsp peppermint extract. Mix everything together really well, cover then let sit In the fridge overnight!
